almost three months...

... that damn thing has been making my backyard stink of propane. Wow! I figured they were bullshitting. But hey, at least it's almost over.

My buddy J, who's gonna help me, has a really painful hernia right near his leg. I have a feeling the real work on this is also going to be stalled until he gets it worked on.

Been cooking a lot, experimenting with the brisket. It's pretty good, but nothing really does it better than time. I've actually been doing cooking gigs. Cooked for a kids' club this weekend, and the biodiesel/WVO crowd last weekend.

I can't wait for this thing to be serviceable.
